White 2010

Alcohol: 12.5%VOL.
Elaboration: Fermentation with controlled temperature, at 18ºC in stainless steel tanks for 15 days.
Tastingnote:
White wine with golden colour and slightly green reflextions; bright, crystalline. It has fresh aroma of apple and citrus; a straight-forward winethat is fleshy, delicate, balanced and quite fruity
with a long aftertaste.
We recommend: To pour it between 7 and 8º C.
Pairings: Seafood and rice dishes, or enjoyed without a meal.
Rosé 2010
Production zone: Catalunya. Grapes cultivated between 500 and 800 meters of altitude.
Crop: 2010
Varieties: Trepat 100% Alcohol: 11%VOL.
Elaboration: Fermentation and maceration in a controlled temperature, between 13 and 15ºC in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting note:
Rosé wine with a light, clean and bright strawberry colour. This rosé has a strong flavour with strawberry and peach bouquet. The initial taste is delicate; very fresh, balanced and fruity with memories of strawberry and raspberry. Nice acidity.
We recommend: To pour it at 8 or 9º C.
Pairings: Rice, pasta, salads, white meat. This wine is also excellent for stimulating a lively conversation.
Red 2010
Production zone: Catalunya. Grapes cultivated between 500 and 800 meters of altitude.
Crop: 2010
Varieties: Black Garnacha, Syrah, Samsó Alcohol: 13.5%VOL.
Elaboration: Special maceration with elaboration and fermentation with controlled temperature between 23 and 25º C in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting note
This young wine has red cherry colour with violet reflections and interesting middle-high layer. The 2009 Red has a clean and intense bouquet with memories of compote of red fruits – such as raspberry and strawberry. It is balanced, delicate and tasty; with a long and pleasant aftertaste.
The 2009 Red is expected to mature well through four years.

Pairings: Red meat, special dishes, barbecue, stew.
