A pale aspect with gold and emerald nuances and exhibits a delicate string of fine bubbles with a homogeneus corona.

Appearance: Ligth straw colour with gold . Slow-evolving fine and persistent bubbles with good bead formation.
 

Aroma: Clean and very fruity with an apple touch and citron notes against . Memories of bay-leaf and sweet orange.

Finish:  Elegant and balanced, fruity and fresh with ripe apple and syrup notes. Very well-integrated bubbles with an excellent sugar-acidity balance. Long and delicate aftertaste.
 

Food pairing and accompaniments :  At any time. Ideal as an aperitif. Goes well with fish, seafood cream soup, meat dishes , goat cheese and desserts.
Serve at 6 to 7 °C
